As the Service Coordinator you will be the point of contact responsible for managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians, while also maintaining a high level of customer service. Job Duties

• Receive and process service requests from new and existing clients

• Create and schedule service requests utilizing Centerpoint Connect

• Communicate both internally with technicians and externally with clients via phone and email to provide relevant information in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist with other office administrative duties which may include timekeeping, invoicing, and delivering reports to clients

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• 18 years of age or older

• Education: Minimum high school graduate

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Have reliable transportation.

• Bilingual is also a plus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software

• After-hours and weekend availability

Our team, characterized by its professionalism and nimbleness, is dedicated to redefining the standards of Roof Asset Management across Texas and beyond. You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems . You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Job Duties

• Lead and oversee roofing crews in the installation, repair, and replacement of various Commercial Roofing Systems.

• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.

• Supervise crew members, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and training as needed.

• Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers to address any issues or concerns.

• Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient use and proper maintenance.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including timekeeping, materials used, and project progress.

• Provide support and assistance to crew members as needed to ensure project success.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• Minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in general roofing. (Forman only)

• Experience with Single Ply, BUR, Modified, PVC & TPO, Duro-Last Certification a plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills.

• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing).

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.

• Able to work within a team environment.

• Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed.

• Able to travel out of town and/or stay overnight if needed.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Have reliable transportation.

• Bilingual is also a plus.

Our repair and replacement projects include industrial / commercial Single Ply, BUR, Modified, PVC & TPO, roof related metals and standing seam/metal panel roofing systems.

We are currently seeking a commercial roofing technician, Assistants ande Helpers, who is eager to be part of our team, learn and potentially grow within the organization.

Job Duties

• Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements

• Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues

• Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs

• Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed.

• Install service & perform approved repairs as requested.

• Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc.

• Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places

• Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, timesheets, etc.

• Some Travel

• There may be additional duties and responsibilities required.
